The GCGs that had their nest on W lake flooded, have now re-built and from what I could see this morning at a change-over, they are incubating 3 eggs. Also 3 poss 4 herons present incl 2 imm birds. The rangers think they may have bred somewhere in the park. o/w pretty quiet. There's some nice spikes of Yellow Wort in flower now. Butterflies are very very thin on the ground both here and at Lavernock NR.
